The way back is difficult

People who are overweight find it difficult to return to their normal weight. Scientists have confirmed that the majority of people who try to lose weight by reducing calories or physical activity, difficult to return to the starting position. Data indicate that less than 10% of the 12 million Britons each year choose what kind of diet and fail to lose as many pounds, but the vast majority obtain the same number of pounds nice back within one year.
DietaScientists have studied in the survey, 25,000 people, in 5362 men and women who were born in 1946, and 20,000 people who were born after in 1958. In this measured their weight, blood pressure and evaluated for their way of life. They found that people from both groups began to gain extra pounds after 1980 and that this trend is still upward. Experts say that when people become obese, this trend is still up, and only a few returned to their original weight. Male gradually gaining their weight, while women begin to accumulate excess weight rapidly after 30 year.
Experts point out that the results do not imply that the diet useless, it is not unreasonable to working out and reduce blood pressure and gain a slim figure. Their argument is that people in the evolutionary process over the years, only gaining weight. Diets can only exacerbate this trend, since it brought the body into a state of poor nutrition and lower energy consumption, which means that in such a situation difficult to lose weight.
